  • How do I enroll for a Gyft Corporate account?

    Enroll in just three easy steps:

    1. Go to partner.gyft.com/#/enroll.

    2. Enter your company info and set a password.

    3. Click Submit and you’re done! Our Biz Team will follow up within 5 business days.

  • I just filled out the form for a Gyft Corporate account. What happens next?

    Thanks for enrolling! We’re excited to help you start rewarding your employees, clients, colleagues, and customers with gift cards.

    Here’s what happens next:

    • Someone from our Business Team will reach out to you within 5 business days.
    • As soon as you’re approved, we’ll help get your Gyft Corporate account funded via an ACH payment or wire transfer.
    • You can expect to start sending gift cards within 5-7 business days from the date your Gyft Corporate account is approved.

  • How do I buy gift cards in bulk?

    It’s easy to buy gift cards in bulk with Gyft! Here’s a quick look at how it works:

    1. Enroll.

    Go here to enroll and set up your Gyft Corporate account. After your Gyft Corporate account is approved, we’ll send you information on how to transfer funds to it using an ACH payment or wire transfer, so you can start buying and sending gift cards.

    2. Order.

    Upload your group’s email addresses in a spreadsheet, then choose the gift card and card value you’d like to send. If you prefer, you can send the gift cards to your own email address to forward or distribute later.

    Want to add your company logo to your email? Just go to the top left corner of your dashboard and click the icon to the left of your company name. Your logo will then show up automatically in the order email preview.

    3. Send.

    Add a personal note to go with your gift cards, then review your order and click Send. Simple!

  • What is the Gyft API?

    The Gyft API is a software solution that businesses of all sizes can use to power their own digital gift card program. Whether you’re a small business or large Fortune 500 corporation, we bring the gift cards to you!

    If you need a direct gift card integration, the Gyft API can help your business implement an ongoing corporate gift card program or white-label your distribution. You can send gift cards directly to clients, employees and customers, with instant access to over 200 top brands such as Target, Whole Foods, and Starbucks.

  • How do I create my Gyft API application?

    To create your Gyft API application, enroll for a Gyft Corporate account here. Once enrolled, click on the Developer menu in the header and you will be navigated to the Developer Portal.

    Click Manage Applications > Create Application and submit the requested details. This will create your Gyft API application, and give you access to your sandbox credentials. From here you can start testing the Gyft API using our I/O Docs!

  • How do I implement the Gyft API?

    It’s easy to implement the Gyft API. Check out our written documentation and register for a Gyft Corporate account here. From your account dashboard, you can generate your Sandbox application credentials to get started.

Is Gyft right for your business?

  • I heard that that buying gift cards on Gyft is completely free. Is that true?

    Yes! It’s true. It is completely free to buy and send gift cards on Gyft. We do not charge any type of fees – service, activation, or transaction. We have excellent relationships with our retailers that allow us to sell gift cards directly to you with no cost. In addition, Gyft is completely free for your recipients as well. There are no added fees for them to use the gift cards you send them via Gyft. Win!

  • What gift cards do you offer?

    With Gyft Corporate, you can choose gift cards from hundreds of popular retailers and restaurants to give as employee rewards and sales incentives. Browse our gift card catalog here!

  • How many gift cards would I need to order to use your bulk service?

    There is no minimum gift card order amount to use Gyft Corporate! The program was built for businesses that want to use gift cards for rewards and incentives without the hassle of minimums and contracts.

    If you just want to send a few gift cards for personal purposes, don’t forget about our consumer website and mobile apps.

  • Do you offer a gift card API?

    Yes. The Gyft API is a free service that businesses of all sizes can use to power their own e-gift card program. Whether you’re a small business or Fortune 500 company, we bring the rewards to you!

Managing Your Gyft Corporate Account

  • My Gyft Corporate balance is low. How do I add more funds to my Gyft Corporate account?

    Adding funds to your Gyft Corporate to buy more gift cards is easy. To transfer funds to your Gyft Corporate account, please send an email to orders@gyft.com. Gyft accepts ACH payments and wire transfers.

  • Can I let someone else submit a bulk gift card order for me?

    Although you can share the login information for your Gyft Corporate account, we do not recommend that you do so. When you share your login information, you are sharing access to all the funds in your Gyft Corporate account. If you choose to share access, you do so at your own risk.

    We hope to add support for multiple users on the same account soon. Stay tuned!

Ordering eGift Cards

  • What will my Gyft bulk gift card order look like?

    Sending a bulk gift card order to a group is just like sending a group email — everyone receives an e-gift card for the same retailer, for the same amount, with the same personalized message from you.

    You can customize the group email with a gift card message and who the email is from. Your company logo appears as well. (Add it from the Gyft Corporate dashboard.)

    To send gift cards for more than one retailer, or to send gift cards for different amounts, simply create a separate order for each group of recipients.

  • How long does an order take to send?

    You can send your gift cards in less time than it takes to make a sandwich!

    Just upload your recipients’ email addresses, select the e-gift card of your choice, and send. Your recipients will be opening their gift cards within minutes.

  • Can I personalize the email that'll be sent with my bulk gift cards?

    Yes! You can customize the email that goes out with your gift cards.

    • Display your own logo (required logo size: 1000 x 1000 pixels).
    • Add your own ‘From’ name.
    • Write a personal message to your recipients.

  • What payment forms do you accept?

    You can buy gift cards in bulk by:

    1. Pre-funding your Gyft Corporate account via ACH payment or a wire transfer.
  • Can I resend gift cards that have not been received or claimed by recipients?

    Yes, you can! If your recipient has not claimed the gift card yet, you have the option to re-send or cancel the gift card. Canceled the gift card? Don’t worry, your Gyft Corporate account balance will get credited the cost of the gift card.

    Please note that the Cancel option is not available for orders paid with credit card.
